Sub. for House Bill 3317— A Bill to amend and reenact §30-1-7a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuing education requirements; establishing requirements for initial license; establishing timeframe for completion of continuing education training for initial license; removing continuing education requirements; removing associated continuing education completion timeframes; and removal of waiver process.
